1. Digital Products Delivery Policy

All digital photograph master licenses purchased on anikghosh.com are delivered electronically and instantly upon successful payment authorization through Razorpay. You will immediately receive:

• Direct, instantaneous on-screen download access to pristine, watermark-free high-resolution camera masters.
• An official License Key certificate tied to your order reference ID.
• Lifetime retrieval access via our *Find License* customer verification portal.

2. Digital Products Refund Policy

Due to the irreversible and digital nature of photography master files (which cannot be returned once delivered), digital download purchases are generally non-refundable.

However, we guarantee complete satisfaction. You are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the following conditions:

• The downloaded master file is corrupted, unreadable, or defective.
• You were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error.
• The delivered file does not match the purchased photograph.

To request a resolution, please email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your order reference number.

3. Physical Fine Art Prints (Cancellations & Damages)

• Cancellations: Physical fine art print orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement before the piece enters production at the print lab.
• Transit Damage: If a physical framed or canvas print arrives damaged during shipping, notify us within 5 business days of receipt with photo documentation. A replacement will be expedited at no extra cost, or a full refund will be issued.

4. Refund Timeline & Mode

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method (Razorpay / Bank / Card) within 5–7 business days depending on your bank's processing cycle.
