Purchasing a digital photograph grants you a Worldwide, Perpetual, Non-Exclusive License for commercial and personal applications, including:

• Digital publications, editorial journals, blogs, and websites.
• Advertising, social media, marketing, and commercial broadcasts.
• Personal wall prints, wallpaper displays, and personal archives.

Prohibited Uses: Sublicensing, reselling, redistributing the original master file as standalone stock, or claiming copyright or authorship of the photograph is strictly prohibited.

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All photographs, high-resolution original sensors, writings, journal essays, and visual brand elements displayed on this website remain the sole intellectual property of Anik Ghosh and are protected under international copyright treaties.

4. Pricing & Currency

All prices are clearly stated on individual photograph listings. We support localized international currencies (USD, INR, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY, SGD, AED). Final transaction amounts are calculated and confirmed at checkout prior to payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Anik Ghosh Photography shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the downloaded media assets.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal, India.
